How to Order
Having Chosen a Boat, its Time to Order
After we discuss what boat and accessories you want, I will send an invoice through PayPal, listing the Boat and your Accessories. You don't need a PayPal account to pay the deposit.
A $1,000 deposit, payable by check or credit card, starts the process of building of your boat. Once built and shipped, whether delivered or picked up, the balance is paid by personal check made out to Gotta Row Group LLC.
The entire amount on the invoice can be paid by credit card with a 3 percent service fee. There is a shipping cost of $509 with every boat to bring up your boat from Florida to Maryland and Delaware.
Shipments arrive usually once a month, twice a month during the season's peak. Once received, customers can pick up their boats or have them delivered. Delivery and set up are free in Delaware, Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. There can be a fee to deliver to other nearby states. I have often met a customer at a location convenient to both of us. There we can exchange payment and boat without adding on more expensive travel fees.
